Holiday Fitness Club Terms & Conditions

Programme Dates:
December 2025: 15, 16, 18, and 19
January 2026: 5, 7, and 9
Time: 09:00 – 11:00 AM
Location: Generation School Sandown Institute, 165 Tryall Rd, Milnerton Rural, Cape Town, 7441

1. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Cost per session (drop-in): R180
  • Full programme (December): R650
  • Full programme (January): R520
  • Payment can be made via cash or EFT.
  • Please WhatsApp Wilfred on +27 72 699 7032 for banking details.
  • Full payment must be made prior to your child’s first session.

2. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Children must be dropped off and collected promptly at the scheduled times.
  • Late pick-ups may incur a fee or require prior arrangement with the instructor.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for missed days.

3. Safety & Equipment

  • No helmet, no ride – children participating in cycling or scooter activities must bring and wear a helmet. No exceptions will be made.
  • Children must bring a water bottle, snack, and sunblock daily.
  • All belongings should be clearly labelled. The club is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
  • Closed shoes (no sandals or flip-flops) must be worn unless advised otherwise.

4. Health & Wellness

  • Children must be well enough to participate in physical activities.
  • Please do not send your child if they are unwell or showing signs of illness.
  • Any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs must be disclosed upon registration.
  • In the case of injury or illness during club hours, parents will be contacted immediately. In emergencies, medical attention will be sought, and costs will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

5. Behaviour

  • Children are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructor guidance for safety and group enjoyment.
  • The club reserves the right to remove a participant from the programme if behaviour poses a risk to others or severely disrupts the group. No refund will be given in such cases.

6. Photo & Video Consent

  • Occasionally, photos or short videos may be taken during sessions for promotional use (e.g. social media, newsletters). Consent for this is requested during registration. No names will be published. Photos and videos will never be resold or used for profit.

7. Liability & Indemnity

  • While every effort will be made to ensure the safety of all children, participation is at the parent’s/guardian’s own risk.
  • The organisers, instructors, staff, and venue shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence. Please refer to the full Indemnity Clause included in the registration form.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or cancellations within 5 days of the start of the club.
  • If the club is cancelled by the organiser due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund will be provided.
